"Strategists" vs. "Doers"

When web3 people say, “I’m good at strategy”…

It usually means they are good at “ideas”.

They are the “idea” person.

But we’ve all got ideas.

And great ideas often don’t get executed.

I believe we need less “strategists” in web3.

And more doers.

What do you think?
