30th June - Emiratization Deadline fast Approaching
Currently Private-sector companies with 50 or more employees have to incorporate 1% of their annual nationalization target by the deadline of 30th June 2023, according to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MoHRE) in the UAE. \

The policy required Companies to have a minimum of 2% of their total employees in the country be Local Emiratis by December 2022.
