Launched in July 2022, Libre is a purpose-built Bitcoin sidechain for maximum usability of $BTC & $USDT with non-custodial pegging of Assets (e.g: pBTC, pUSDT) provided by the pNetwork. It uses Delegate Proof-of-Stake (DPoS) consensus with 46 Block producers for fast and zero-fee transactions.  As of May 26, 2023, it has registered +460 000 accounts.
