每年杨梅季,家乡上虞几乎家家户户都会浸上一些杨梅烧酒。杨梅的酸甜多汁冲淡了粟烧的呛口,又保留了它通气、爽口的特性,是上世纪八九十年代平民百姓渡夏的标配。

杨梅泡酒无需水洗,海碗里倒半碗粟烧,一颗颗先往碗里罍一罍(lei),去掉一些杂质和水分,再浸入酒坛。这样浸泡的杨梅才不容易坏。
